Fischer International Identity, the leading provider of identity governance and administration cloud
“We’ve been working hard to ensure the demands of our customers can be met efficiently and effectively. Continuous integration provides the mechanism to make this happen, and we are more excited as time passes and we continue to evolve our delivery model to best serve our customer’s needs.
Fischer is proud to address the majority of customer preferences with a fix from our development team, which is a much better approach than consultants customizing solutions on-the-fly only for a specific project. Vendors that rely on their consultants to customize to meet project demands creates change control nightmares for customers and make it nearly impossible to upgrade without significant budgetary overruns and constant resetting of expectations and even more important, slowing down business agility and increasing risk.
I am pleased that Fischer customers do not experience these nightmare upgrade scenarios. Fischer is excited about how we deliver software. Our software development lifecycle is genuinely intended to support our customer’s day to day demands as well as service our innovative roadmap simultaneously. Fischer’s approach is a giant leap forward for the Identity industry. Stay tuned.
I am confident the market will be pleased with our latest release. We’ve touched on some key features to benefit existing and future customers.
Below you will find a detailed description of how we have enhanced our offering to meet market demands in a way that makes sense, the Fischer way. With configuration and not coding, making our product by far the best IAM solution on the market.”

Features Spotlight
More Granular Integration with the Microsoft Platform
Fischer’s 6.3 release introduces a native Windows Credential provider that empowers organizations to onboard new users from their own laptops on day one of employment and providing organizations the proper oversight and mechanism to leverage your investment in Fischer to enforce and govern the identity verification and Identity claiming processes.
IGA Administrators can now provide end users with links that will open the Kiosk, SMS Reset, Claim Account, or Self-Registration, from the Windows login screen.
Sponsored Access Administration
Fischer continues to make significant strides forward in our governance offerings by enhancing our sponsor feature. Access sponsorship is not a new phenomenon but a way to properly track specific individuals within your application ecosystem that are responsible for access oversight down to the group level within an application.
We now offer bulk changes so you can quickly pivot to a new entity within your organization if your information security and/or business process changes require significant changes to your sponsorship and governance control model.
Intelligent, Relevant and Scalable Third-Party Integration Enhancements
Fischer’s built-in connectivity for Workday, G-Suite, and Box have been enhanced, improving performance and scalability. We’ve included automated entitlement discovery for G-Suite providing administrators the efficiencies they need to manage the complexities of implementing an efficient group management strategy.
We continue to provide more granular integration with Box by providing more and more automation, eliminating manual overhead associated with managing your Box ecosystem.
New UI Improves User Experience
We’ve released an updated version of our Single Sign On “Apps Portal” which provides organizations with a one-stop landing page for their end users to access all applications. Leveraging the Angular framework to provide users with a fresh, familiar and responsive experience across all supported devices.
This project is only the beginning. Fischer will continue to add more features to our new single sign on landing page to create the best user experience in the market.
Enhanced De-Provisioning and Access Control Driving Business Agility Forward
Granular control over de-provisioning processes has been introduced to help organizations take ultimate control of de-provisioning users in scenarios where the business units and human resources may have grace periods in place for graceful de-provisioning processes that do not take into account that sometimes a user just needs to get de-provisioned now!
These controls are now in place, enjoy more control of your business process and the enhanced security that comes with it!
Increased Cloud Administration and Governance Controls
Fischer’s latest Identity as a Service® release empowers compliance and governance actors to execute assessment and recertification campaigns on demand. This enhancement further streamlines our customer’s business processes and helps to alleviate some of the burdens and overhead associated with executing large scale recertification campaigns that previously required administrative intervention.
CAS Single Sign-On to Office365
We’ve expanded our reach related to Central Authentication Service (CAS) integration with Office 365 empowering organizations to streamline their CAS Office 365 integration, decreasing administrative overhead and increasing the integrity and integration efficiencies.
Enhanced Vendor Migration Capabilities
We understand the logistical hurdles when you are transitioning your IAM Program to a new vendor. The user experience is so important to decrease help desk calls, and when a vendor migration occurs, there are often functionality differences that changes the user experience.
Fischer strives to make this process as seamless as possible for our customers, and we’ve expanded our ability to leverage some of the functional aspects of your current user experience, specifically related to your identity verification governance to provider a more predictable and streamlined transition from your current solution to Fischer.
Self-Registration, Contractor Management Enhancements
The ability to define a locale-specific custom confirmation message for each user type has been added to the Self-Registration configuration page. This enhancement empowers organizations to properly and intimately communicate with distinct user types. We all know that registering external identities can be a nightmare since this is typically considered a third party process, but not with Fischer.
Fischer’s Self-Registration capabilities offers a dynamic, out of the box, highly configurable user interface that can react to the different types of external identities you may need to onboard.
Enhanced Success/Failure Processing for Maximum Control of Workflows
Fischer’s Identity Hub offers increased scalability when updates to the identity registry are required and your business requires extended the workflow process to meet your business needs.
This feature extends your ability to automate more of your business process, and rely less on email or manually driven processes.
