Delegating individuals to distinct, authorized roles is something that your organization should consider in order to provide the proper governance and controls around who has access to what and more importantly which administrators are able to take certain types of actions. The approvals administration role focuses on the ability to allow an authorized approvals administrator to access all the administrative tools necessary to serve in this capacity. The following will outline the access an approval administrator is granted.
This is the view the approval administrator would see after successfully authenticating to the admin UI. Note that the approvals administrator does have access to manage Identities. This is largely due to the ability to designate approvers which is performed from the Users interface within the admin UI.
