Fischer has learned through alerting set up that Google Re-Captcha v2 is not fully functional at this time. Fischer is currently investigating the issue.
At this time, the only workaround available is to remove the Google Re-Captcha feature from the dynamic user interfaces. For further assistance, please open a ticket within our 24x7 support portal and we will be happy to assist.
This issue has been resolved by the Fischer Development team and has been applied to our Cloud Clients via our integration process.
Please note, Internet Explorer users will experience a large, white space between the CAPTCHA image box and the submit button when the image challenge is not used (I am not a robot checkbox). This is an Internet Explorer rendering issue and cannot be remediated by a Fischer product fix. Screenshots of what Internet Explorer end-users will see are below.
The fix for this issue is in our latest release 7.5.8, which can be download from our releases page. Alternatively, we have a workaround available if you are unable to apply the patch. If you require assistance with applying the patch or would like assistance with applying the workaround, please open a support ticket with us and we will be happy to assist.
